How do I sign up?
Visit myportfoly.com and click "Get Started Free". Enter your email, and we'll send you a 6-digit OTP. No password required.
Is My Portfoly free?
Yes — our Free plan lets you track income, expenses, and basic investments. Upgrade to Pro or Lifetime for advanced features like AI insights, unlimited accounts, and family sharing.
Is my financial data safe?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. We use Supabase with row-level security — not even our team can read your data.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings → Subscription and choose a plan. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime via Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day refund on annual subscriptions. No refunds for monthly plans or lifetime purchases. Contact us at support@myportfoly.com.
How does the AI insight feature work?
Our AI analyses your spending, income, and investment patterns to surface actionable insights — like which expenses are growing fastest, or how your portfolio compares to your goals.
Can I import my bank statements?
Yes. Go to Connect → Upload Statement and upload your bank PDF. We parse it automatically and categorise transactions.
Does My Portfoly support family accounts?
Family sharing (multiple profiles under one account) is available on Pro and Lifetime plans.
Does My Portfoly sell my data?
Never. Your financial data is yours. We do not sell, rent, or share it with advertisers or data brokers.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Is My Portfoly DPDP Act compliant?
Yes. We are fully compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our DPDP Compliance page for details.
